The website
Content here is general information, not a binding quote, SLA, or legal opinion. Plans and coverage are confirmed in writing after an assessment.
No PHI in forms
Do not submit personal health information, OHIP numbers, or patient charts through the contact form unless an agreement already covers that channel.
Services agreement
Response times, onsite targets, backup scope, and PHIPA agent duties are defined in the clinic services agreement. Website marketing does not override that document.
Intellectual property
The ITinical name, logo, and site content are ours. You may not copy them for another IT business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
