Who we are

Website inquiries
The assessment form collects name, clinic, city, email, phone, clinic type, EMR, provider count, and your message. We use that only to reply and quote. We do not sell it. Do not send patient information through the website.
PIPEDA
We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You may ask to see or correct the contact details we hold.
PHIPA — clinics we support
The clinic is typically the Health Information Custodian. ITinical acts as an agent. Access to systems that may contain personal health information is limited to the contracted service and governed by the clinic agreement.
Cookies
This site does not require an account. Server logs may be kept briefly for security. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated.
Retention
Inquiry emails are kept long enough to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the relationship plus records we must keep.
